5) Each STEPHANIE REED TEAM partner will receive market updates.

6) Each client will recieve a post approval letter followed by a telephone call.

7) Clients will receive a  customer service survey after closing with our vendor discounts.

8) Client will receive post closing letter and copy of appraisal.

9) Pre-closing information will be emailed to the client and client will be called back for thier final review prior to settlement.

10) Multiple sources of financing for up to 103% financing for borrower flexibility is available.

11) We attend all closings.

12) Preferred status is provided to all purchase transactions.

13) We provide a referral incentive to all current clients ($200 off closing costs per current client referral which results in loan application)

14) A free annual review is provided to all clients on the anniversary date of their loan.

15) Co-op advertising is available for all STEPHANIE REED TEAM partners.

16) We provide a Monday market update. STEPHANIE REED TEAM partner call to keep you  informed about market conditions.
